Mental Health: How Do Each of Us Help Reduce Violence?
As we navigate through these times, the topic of mental health seems to have been swept under the rug. We consume an excess of information, some that we agree with, others we don’t. And we can easily find ourselves irritated or angry at each other; adding fuel to the fire. How can we work around this? How do we deescalate the situation starting with ourselves when we feel overwhelmed? How do we take care of our own tension which will ultimately contribute wellness to others?
